Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisa pengaruh green image pada utilitarian value dan hedonic value terhadap store loyalty di The Body Shop Surabaya. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan jumlah responden sebayak 150 konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat uji SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Adapun variabel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 1 variabel eksogen yaitu Green Image, 2 variabel intervening yaitu Utilitarian Value dan Hedonic Value, dan 1 variabel endogen yaitu Store Loyalty. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara green image terhadap utilitarian value dan hedonic value tetapi tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara green image terhadap store loyalty. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan store loyalty berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hedonic value tetapi tidak dengan utilitarian value.
