Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh organizational rewards dan career development opportunities terhadap perceived organizational support karyawan perusahaan manufaktur PT. Sari Multi Utama di Pandaan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausal. Penelitian dilakukan dengan teknik incidental sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui alat bantu kuesioner dan selanjutnya diolah dengan teknik analisis regresi berganda menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa organizational rewards dan career development opportunities masing-masing berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap perceived organizational support karyawan.
