Abstract
Aseton merupakan salah satu komponen yang banyak digunakan di industri, baik sebagai pelarut maupun dalam bahan pembuatan cat. Namun sayangnya masih belum ada pabrik aseton di Indonesia, sehingga Indonesia masih menginpor dari luar negeri. Oleh sebab itu, pendirian pabrik aseton ini diharapkan mampu mengurangi kapasitas impor Indonesia terhadap aseton. Pembuatan aseton ini digunakan dengan menggunakan metode dehidrogenasi isopropil alkohol dengan bantuan katalis CuO. Prarencana pabrik aseton dari isopropil alkohol ini memiliki rincian sebagai berikut: Bentuk perusahaan : Perseroan Terbatas (PT) Produksi : Aseton 99% Kapasitas Produksi : 8.250 ton/tahun Waktu Operasi : 330 hari/tahun Masa Konstruksi : 1 tahun Waktu mulai beroperasi : 2022 Bahan baku : Isopropil alkohol 88% Kapasitas bahan baku : Isopropil alkohol 88% : 8.708.656 kg/tahun Katalis CuO : 2000 kg/tahun Utilitas : Air sebesar 8,426 m3/hari, listrik sebesar 1.382,9 kW/hari, Dowtherm A sebesar 806.307 kg/hari, dan solar sebesar 5.869,16 kg/hari Jumlah tenaga kerja : 140 orang Lokasi Pabrik : Kawasan Industri Karakatu Industrial Estate – Kota Cilegon – Provinsi Banten Luas Pabrik : 16.000 m2 Dari hasil analisa ekonomi yang telah dilakukan didapatkan : • Fixed Capital Investment (FCI) = Rp 71.656.139.410 • Working Capital Investment (WCI) = Rp 819.683.451.417 • Total Production Cost (TPC) = Rp 494.320.698.216 • Penjualan Per Tahun = Rp 345.638.620.209 Analisa ekonomi dengan metode discounted flow: • Rate of Investment (ROI) sebelum pajak : 30 % • Rate of Investment (ROI) sesudah pajak : 22 % • Rate of Equity (ROE) sebelum pajak : 60 % • Rate of Equity (ROE) sesudah pajak : 46 % • Pay Out Time (POT) sebelum pajak : 3 tahun 4 bulan • Pay Out Time (POT) setelah pajak : 3 tahun 5 bulan • Break Even Point (BEP) : 45 %
