Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh utilitarian value of internet information search,hedonic value of Internet information search, perceived benefit of Internet shopping, perceived risk of Internet shopping, purchase experience terhadap intention to use Internet for information search pada toko online pada situs www.kaskus.co.id. Selain itu juga mengetahui pengaruh intention to use Internet for information search terhadap intention to use the Internet for purchase pada toko online pada situs www.kaskus.co.id. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian kausal yaitu menjelaskan hubungan sebab akibat yaitu pengaruh dari variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Variabel dalam penelitian ini yaitu laten eksogen yaitu: utilitarian value of Internet information search, hedonic value of Internet information search, perceived benefit of Internet shopping, perceived risk of Internet shopping, dan purchase experience. Sedangkan laten endogen (variabel terikat) yaitu: intention to use Internet for information search dan intention to use the Internet for purchase. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 150 sampel. Teknik analisis data menggunakan structural equation model dengan program Lisrel. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa utilitarian value of Internet information search,hedonic value of Internet information search, perceived benefit of Internet shopping, perceived risk of Internet shopping, purchase experience berpengaruh terhadap intention to use Internet for information search pada toko online pada situs www.kaskus.co.id. Intention to use Internet for information search berpengaruh terhadap intention to use the Internet for purchase pada toko online pada situs www.kaskus.co.id.
