Abstract
The paper aim to know the relationship between the intellcctual capital components (human capital, structural capital and customer capital) with business performance in scrvice and manufacture industry in Indoncsia. This study examines 94 companies that listed in Indonesian Capital Market Directory 2002. The results show that there is significant positive relations among intellectual capital components (human capital. structural capital and customer capital) with business performance in service and manufacture industry. 'T'he results support our hypothesis. But, the model. we are tested, is not fit for service industry
