Abstract

Perkembangan industri ritel smartphone di Indonesia sangat pesat dan semakin banyak dalam tahun terakhir. Para peritel harus mempunyai faktor pembeda dari para pesaing lainya seperti faktor Country Of Origin, Brand Image dan Store Image. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Country Of Origin, Brand Image, Store Image terhadap Purchase Intention pada konsumen OPPO Smartphone di gerai APOLLO WTC Surabaya. Sampel ini menggunakan 121 responden. Memakai teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis Regresi Linear Berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.0 Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan terdapat pengaruh positif antara Country Of Origin terhadap Purchase Intention, Brand Image terhadap Purchase Intention, dan Store Image terhadap Purchase Intention.
