Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh trust in the private brand dan attitude toward the private brand terhadap retailer personality traits dan loyalty to the retailer. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah SEM dan menggunakan program LISREL. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah nonprobability sampling, dengan cara purposive sampling. Penelitian ini mengambil 150 responden sebagai sampelnya. Hasil penelitian membuktikan: (1) trust in the private brand berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap retailer personality traits pada konsumen Lotte Mart di Surabaya; (2) attitude toward the private brand berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap retailer personality traits pada konsumen Lotte Mart di Surabaya; (3) trust in the private brand berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap attitude toward the private brand pada konsumen Lotte Mart di Surabaya; (4) retailer personality traits berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap retailer to the retailer pada konsumen Lotte Mart di Surabaya.
