Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh site quality yang mempunyai dua dimensi yaitu website design dan payment system terhadap repurchase intention melalui customer satisfaction, customer trust, dan perceived value pada Blibli.com. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 150 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling dan menggunakan teknik analisis SEM dengan bantuan program LISREL 8.70. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa website design dan payment system memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap customer satisfaction, customer trust, dan perceived value. Customer satisfaction, customer trust dan perceived value juga memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap repurchase intention.
