Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh ekspektasi kinerja (performance expectancy), harapan usaha (effort expectancy), efikasi diri (self-efficacy) dan kepercayaan (trust) terhadap kepuasan (satisfaction) dan niat untuk membeli kembali (intention to repurchase) e-commerce Plazakamera.com di Surabaya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausal. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling dengan cara purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan sebesar 161 responden. Data dikumpulkan dengan instrumen kuesioner dan selanjutnya diolah dengan teknik analisis Struktural Equation Model (SEM) dengan menggunakan program Lisrel 8.70. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel performance expectancy, effort expectancy, self-efficacy dan trust berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel satisfaction. Variabel satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel intention to repurchase.
