Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan analisis terhadap pengaruh website design quality dan perceived value terhadap niat beli kembali melalui pengalaman belanja, menganalisis pengaruh web design quality terhadap perceived value, dan repurchase intention melalui purchase experience sebagai variable intervening. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian kausal dengan variabel bebas Web design quality, variabel terikat adalah perceived value, repurchase intention serta variabel purchase experience sebagai mediator. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 sampel. Teknik analisis data menggunakan structural equation model dengan menggunakan program smartpls 3.0. Temuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel bebas penelitian berpengaruh terhadap variable terikat. Penelitian ini juga berhasil membuktikan adanya pengaruh web design quality terhadap perceived value dan repurchase intention. Hasil uji mediasi menunjukkan bahwa purchase experience merupakan variabel yang memediasi pengaruh perceived value terhadap repurchase intention pada Steampowered.com.
