Abstract
Tobacco is a high value commodity. Good agricultural practices must be applied in tobacco value chain from seed till harvesting to get high quality tobacco and increasing bargaining power of the product either in local or global market. Good agricultural practices can be defined as agricultural practices to get high quality crops & commodity at the same time give maintenance and protection to environment. These good agricultural practices include controlling of pesticide residu. Tobacco consumers currently has high awareness in chemicals including pesticide residu.
