Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh free cash flow, return on asset, current ratio, debt to equity ratio, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap kebijakan dividen (dividend payout ratio). Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada periode 2016-2018. Sampel dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Total sampel yang didapatkan dari teknik tersebut sebanyak 51 perusahaan. Untuk menguji hipotesis digunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Data yang diperoleh diolah dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS versi 24. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa current ratio berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Sedangkan variabel free cash flow, return on asset, debt to equity ratio, dan ukuran perusahaan tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel kebijakan dividen.
