Abstract
In the year of 2001, Auto 200 failed to become the leader of vehicle industry especially for passenger car segmentation in Surabaya. This failure prevented Auto 2000 in achieving the prestigious based on sales achievement, Triple Crown Award. Lack of focus in its competitive strategy is believed as the failure main reason, while actually with all the competitive advantages acquired, Auto 2000 had a great opportunity to win the market. Therefore, it becomes so obvious for Auto 2000 give more attention and extra effort in putting the specific strategy for becoming the leader of passenger car and to win The Triple Crown Award in return.
