Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh word of mouth dan lokasi terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada Warunk Gacoan Madiun. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang melakukan pembelian pada Warunk Gacoan Madiun. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa word of mouth dan lokasi berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada Warunk Gacoan Madiun. Nilai koefisien determinasi (
