Abstract

In order to find out the factors influencing the students in choosing Accountancy majors of Unika Widya Mandala Surabaya, the researcher intended to know every factor influencing the students. This research do not test hypothesis, this matter because of this research represent type research of out for explanatory search for, explaining, and summarize variable. This analysis is used to factor analyses any kind of influencing decision of student enter Accountancy majors of Unika Widya Field of Surabaya. Factor analyses represent an analyzer which good for summarizing or lessening existing variables so that form one or some factor. Variabels in this research is obtained from theory, former research and interview with Accountancy student of Unika Widya Field of Surabaya. Because sampel in this research is student Accountancy majors of Unika Widya Field hence this matter related to perception study. Perception is a process where someone chosen, organization, and interpret accepted by excitements is its the five senses become an picture meaning and complete about its world. Thereby this research try to factor analyses influencing decision of them enter Accountancy majors of Unika Widya Field of Surabaya pursuant to its perception. Data which is used in this research is entire all Accountancy student of Unika Widya Field of Surabaya which still active by propagating alloted kuesioner to them. Statement in the kuesioner is variables influencing decision of student enter Accountancy majors of Unika Widya Field of Surabaya. Process factor analyses in this research is started from formulasi problems of research, forming of correlation matrik between variables/object, determination of method factor analyses, determination of factor amount, factor rotation. Result of from factor analyses in this research indicate that there are 9 factors formed by existing variables, each that is: factor of eksternal with value of eigen 6.956, factor of physical evidence with value of eigen 2.632, factor of promotion with value of eigen 1.964, factor of product with value of eigen 1.598, factor of process with value of eigen 1.472, factor of is expense of with value of eigen 1.266, factor recommend with value of eigen 1.074, factor personal of traits with value of eigen 0.997, and lodging factor with value of eigen 0.973. Pursuant to value of eigen biggest hence can be told from is ninth of formed factors, factor of eksternal is most influencing factor of students enter Accountancy majors of Unika Widya Field of Surabaya.
