Abstract

In the globalization era there are many changes that may occur in all aspects, like politic, social culture, economic, technology, defence and security and also law. That condition pursues internal factors in organization to give response effectively in all changes. Those internal factors are leadership style, communication and compensation from KIDDOZ organization. This research is aimed at observing how leadership style, communication and compensation affect organization performance in KIDDOZ school. Questionnaires are spread in KIDDOZ organization population members to collect data that are needed. Analysis techniques used are Double Linear Regression Analysis, Double Correlation Analysis, Double Coefficient Determinant Analysis~ Partial Coefficient Analysis, Double Regression Significance Test, Partial Coefficient Correlation, and Classic Assumption Test. The result of this research shows that according to simultaneous and partial, three independent variables cover leadership style, communication, and compensation influence significantly the organization performance in KIDDOZ school. Therefore, it can be concluded that variables of leadership style, communication and compensation have a significance influence to organization performance in KIDDOZ school simultaneously and partially.
