Abstract

Employee performance is an important factor for an organization to achieve its goal. Various efforts are carried out by an organization to improve the performance of its employee. One of those efforts is implemented by performance assessment. Performance assessment in head office PT Wonokoyo Jaya Corporindo is carried out in three factors, i.e., organization value, environment organization, and leadership. The management in this company used employees performance to sustainability and improvement competitive advantage. However, management often found inaccuracy (erroneous results) in their assessment. This study investigated relationship between organization value, environment organization, leadership, and employees performance. The dependent variable in this study was, organization value, environment organization, and leadership while the independent variable was employees performance, which consisted of, competence, skill, totalitas, working result, dedication, responsibility, risk taking, dicipline, gentlemanlike, integrity and team work. Samples were all employees with clasification employees that had been working for more than forth month. Total sampel responden of employees PT Wonokoyo Jaya Corporindo comprising 75 individuals. This study was an explanatory research, in which the data were obtained by means of questionnaire. Data were analyzed using SPSS program. Results showed that the variable of competence totally influenced employee performance (80.0%), while partially the variable of organization value with regression coefficient value of 0.085 with level of significance 0.032. The variable of environment organization had a highly significant influence with regression coefficient value of 0.661 and level of significance 0.000. The variable of leadership influenced employee performance with regression coefficient value of 0.166 and level of significance 0.003, and the variable of organization value, environment organization, and leadership had a highly significant influence on employee performance with regression coefficient value of 42,130 and level of significance 0.000. The regression coefficient revealed in this study was as follows: Y = 0,248 + 0,84 Xl + 0,641 X2 + 0,211 X3 with level of significance 5%.
