Abstract

The purpose of this research is to define the influence of PT. Modern Internasional., Tbk marketing communication to Photo Imaging Division loyalty as customer. This study is a quantitative survey. The independent variables are performance, ability, policy, marketing mix, and service mix, and dependent variables is customer loyalty. The statistical analysis uses multiple linier regression, and assist by excel and SPPS. The result of this tesis is showing that performance, ability, policy, marketing mix, and service mix as a variable of marketing communication has a significant influences to customer loyalty as dependent variables. While the most dominant variable is policy. The result of study gave implication that PT. Modern Internasional., Tbk should give more attention in company policy to increasing customer loyalty.
