Abstract
This study aims to analyze the significant effect of motivation and leadership styles on job satisfaction. This study also analyzes the significant effect of motivation, leadership styles, and job satisfaction on performance. This study used cause-effect method. The data were collected from the questionnaires which were distributed to 110 respondents at UD. Vocini Surabaya. The instrument of this study was questionnaires. In measuring the data, this study used likert scale, while in measuring the validity and reliability. This study used validity and reliability tests. Structural equation modeling (SEM) program analysis of moment structure (AMOS) version 4.0 is used in this research along with goodness of fit model structural equation. The result of study shows that motivation affects job satisfaction, leadership styles affects job satisfaction, motivation affects performance, leadership styles affects performance, and job satisfaction affects performance.
