Abstract
Prarencana pabrik Kalium Sulfat (K2SO4) ini menggunakan bahan baku phosphogypsum dan KCl. Prosesnya ialah dengan mereaksikan phosphogypsum dan KCI dalam katalis larutan ammonia yang berupa ammonia 33%, isopropanol 7%, dan sisanya air (dalam persen berat). Perencanaan operasi: Prarencana pabrik Kalium Sulfat (K2S04) ini menggunakan bahan baku phosphogypsum dan KCl. Prosesnya ialab dengan mereaksikan phosphogypsum dan KCl dalam katalis larutan ammonia yang berupa ammonia 33%, isopropanol 7%, dan sisanya air (dalam persen berat). Perencanaan operasi: Kapasitas produksi : 7000 Ton/tahun Bahan baku : Phosphogypsum dan KCl Konsumsi bahan baku : 1. Phosphogypsum =46.261.2625 kg/hari : 2. KCl = 20.664.9231 kg/hari Katalis : Larutan ammonia Utilitas Air : 920,5888 m3/hari Alum : 128,8825kg/hari Zeolit : 2068,15 kg Residu Fuel oil : 233.256,8866 lt/bulan IDO : 722,0474 lt/bulan Sistem operasi : kontinyu Lokasi pabrik : Gresik, Jawa Timur Waktu operasi : 24 jam/hari dengan 330 hari J umlah karyawan : 196 orang Evaluasi ekonorni Fixed Capital Investment : Rp 45.755.704.187 Total Capital Investment : Rp 53.830.240.220 Total Production Cost : Rp 56.811.332.863 Rugi Kotor / Tahu : Rp 28.676.864.563 Berdasarkan hasil perencanaan di atas, maka pabrik K2S04 belum layak didirikan di Indonesia
