Abstract

White dermographism merupakan salah satu fitur yang dapat terjadi pada dermatitis atopik. White Dermographism pertama kali dideskripsikan oleh Marey pada tahun 1858 sebagai triple response of lewis lengkap atau sebagian (munculnya garis kemerahan yang kemudian menjadi putih dan disertai eritema) yang disebabkan oleh goresan dari benda tumpul. Penelitian deskriptif dengan desain studi cross sectional ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prevalensi white dermographism di Klinik Pratama Gotong Royong Surabaya. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah umur anak dengan dermatitis atopik terbanyak adalah umur 2-3 tahun (26,7%). Jenis kelamin anak dengan dermatitis atopik lebih banyak terjadi pada anak perempuan (65,3%). Riwayat atopi pada keluarga (69,4%). White dermographism pada anak dengan dermatitis atopik sebesar (10,7%). White dermographism pada dermatitis atopik dapat terjadi pada (10,7%) anak dengan dermatitis atopik yang memiliki riwayat atopi keluarga maupun tidak memiliki riwayat atopi.
