Abstract

Pelaksanaan program Corporate Social Responsibility sebagai bagian dari aktivitas Public Relations membutuhkan strategi terencana untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan, salah satunya yaitu mempertahankan citra positif perusahaan. Penelitian ini menjabarkan bagaimana strategi Public Relations yang dilakukan guna menjaga citra positif perusahaan melalui program Corporate Social Responsibility Ekowisata Mangrove di Bali. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan peneliti adalah pendekatan kualitatif, jenis penelitian deskriptif, dan menggunakan metode studi kasus. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Public Relations PT Pertamina (Persero) Marketing Operation Region V Surabaya telah melakukan serangkaian strategi Public Relations dalam pelaksanaan Corporate Social Responsibilityyang meliputi social mapping, planning, communication, evaluation,secara maksimal dan berkesinambungan untuk mempertahankan citra positif perusahaan.
