Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Product Quality, Brand Image dan After Sales Service terhadap Re-purchase Intention konsumen motor Honda Supra X di Surabaya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan program SPSS for Windows. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden. Karakteristik sampel dalam penelitian ini, yaitu, pernah membeli dan menggunakan motor Honda Supra X minimal dalam 1 tahun terakhir, berusia minimal 22 tahun, dan berdomisili di Surabaya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Product Quality berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Re-purchase Intention, Brand Image berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Re-purchase Intention, dan After Sales Service berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Re-purchase Intention konsumen motor Honda Supra X di Surabaya. Hasil ini diperkuat dengan hasil uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan pengujian kecocokan model pada masing-masing indikator pada setiap variabel.
