Abstract

Koktail merupakan minuman cepat saji yang dihasilkan dari campuran buah buah pepaya, apel, nata de coco, jelly dan proses produksinya tidak melalui penambahan bahan kimia ataupun melibatkan panas yang tinggi. Oleh karena itu, Koktail memiliki banyak manfaat untuk kesehatan, salah satunya adalah dapat meningkatkan metabolisme tubuh, karena Koktail mengandung vitamin karbohidrat yang cukup tinggi, sehingga dapat menghasilkan energi yang lebih banyak untuk tubuh. Bahan baku yang digunakan untuk produksi Koktail berupa pepaya, apel, nata de coco, jelly yang mengandung vitamin, karbohidrat. Koktail diproduksi melalui 2 tahap, yaitu pemotongan buah,dan mixing. Mixing bertujuan untuk mencampur bahan baku seperti pepaya, apel, nata de coco, dan jelly. Pra-rencana pabrik Koktail memiliki rincian sebagai berikut. Produksi : Koktail Kapasitas produksi : 300 ton/tahun Hari kerja efektif : 240 hari/tahun Masa konstruksi : 2 tahun Waktu mulai beroperasi : Tahun 2019 Bahan baku : buah pepaya, apel, nata de coco, jelly Break Event Point (BEP) : 46,59% Rate of Return (ROR) setelah pajak : 79% Rate of Equity (ROE) setelah pajak : 81,5% Pay out time (POT) setelah pajak : 1 tahun 9 bulan
