Abstract

Tiramisu adalah makanan penutup yang berasal dari Italia yang memiliki karakteristik lembut dan rasa yang lezat. Tiramisu dapat dijadikan teman minum teh, snack, hantaran atau souvenir, dan lain sebagainya. Tiramisu banyak digemari serta telah menjadi gaya hidup masyarakat kota metropolitan seperti Surabaya. Pembuatan produk ini tergolong sederhana dengan kemungkinan kegagalan yang rendah. Usaha tiramisu yang direncanakan dikemas di dalam kemasan jar. Kapasitas produksi yang direncanakan adalah 145 kg mascarpone cheese dan 45 kg putih telur per tahun. Proses produksi dilakukan selama tiga jam per hari. Usaha dilakukan di rumah Jalan Rungkut Mapan Tengah III/DB 15, Surabaya, Jawa Timur. Usaha ini menempati bagian dapur dan ruang makan dengan total luas 20,5 m2. Usaha “Tira Miss U” memiliki laju pengembalian modal setelah pajak (ROR) sebesar 110,04% yang lebih besar dari MARR 12,26%, dengan waktu pengembalian modal sesudah pajak 9,58 bulan dan titik impas atau Break Even Point (BEP) sebesar 52,17%. Berdasarkan faktor ekonomi usaha ini bersprospek untuk dilanjutkan dan dikembangkan.
