Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh struktur audit, konflik peran, dan ketidakjelasan peran terhadap kinerja auditor. Penekanan pada aspek struktur audit, konflik peran, dan ketidakjelasan peran terhadap kinerja auditor dengan menggunakan auditor responden yang bekerja di Kantor Akuntan Publik yang berlokasi di Surabaya Timur. Jumlah responden yang dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 68 orang. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mendokumentasikan data kuisioner yang telah disebar selama 3 bulan terakhir. Metode analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah analisis regresi berganda menggunakan SPSS versi 23.0. Hasil dari analisa data pada penelitian ini diketahui bahwa struktur audit tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja auditor, konflik peran berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja auditor, dan ketidakjelasan peran berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja auditor.
