Abstract
PT. Agel Langgeng merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang berlokasi di Pasuruan, Jawa-Timur didirikan tahun 2003. Perusahaan ini berlokasi di jl. Kabupaten Desa Cangkring Malang, Kecamatan Beji, Kabupaten Pasuruan, Jawa Timur. PT. Agel Langgeng telah berpengalaman selama kurang lebih 25 tahun dalam industri permen di Indonesia dengan beberapa produk permen yang memiliki citra brand salah satunya permen Espresso Kopi Susu. Kopi espresso pertama kali diluncurkan pada tahun 2004. Permen ini memiliki warna coklat tua dengan bentuk bulat dengan aroma kopi selain itu juga terdapat susu sebagai filler. Bahan baku yang digunakan adalah sirup glukosa, gula rafinasi, dan air. Bahan tambahan yang digunakan adalah kopi, lesitin, confectionary fat, garam, dan pewarna karamel. Permen Espresso Kopi Susu ini kemudian dikemas dalam pillow pack dengan desain unik yang menunjukkan ciri khas dari permen kopi centerfill. Proses pengolahan EKS meliputi feeding, cooking, depositing, cooling tunnel, wrapping, bag making, dan packaging. Berat permen EKS tiap kemasan berkisar 2,7-2,75 gram tiap kemasan. Pengemasan sekunder dan primer yang digunakan adalah PET sedangkan pengemasan tersier adalah karton bergelombang. System penyimpanan yang diterapkan adalah first in first out (FIFO). Jenis sumber daya yang digunakan adalah sumber daya manusia, bahan bakar dan listrik. Pengawasan mutu dan sanitasi dilakukan dari awal penerimaan bahan baku, produk akhir, dan pekerja.
