Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh retailer awareness, retailer association, retailer perceived quality, retailer loyalty terhadap purchase intention di Pull & Bear Galaxy Mall Surabaya. Dalam penelitian ini, ketiga variabel tersebut di analisis menggunakan analisis SEM LISREL 8.70. Obyek penelitian ini adalah Pull & Bear. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian sebanyak 105 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model yang dibangun dapat memprediksi perilaku konsumen tentang purchase intention secara terperinci hasil menjelaskan pada pengujian hipotesis pertama, retailer awareness berpengaruh positif terhadap retailer loyalty. Selain itu, hasil penelitian pada pengujian hipotesis kedua, menunjukkan bahwa retailer association berpengaruh positif terhadap retailer loyalty. Sedangkan hipotesis ketiga menunjukkan bahwa retailer perceived quality berpengaruh positif terhadap retailer loyalty dan hipotesis keempat juga menunjukkan bahwa retailer loyalty berpengaruh positif terhadap purchase intention.
