Abstract
Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh free cash flow terhadap kinerja perusahaan melalui faktor overinvestment pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode penelitian 2010-2016 dengan menggunakan sampel sejumlah 60 perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis jalur untuk menguji hipotesis yang dibangun. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa free cash flow berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Tetapi pengaruh free cash flow terhadap kinerja tidak diintervensi oleh overinvestment karena overinvestment tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan.
