Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan antara job stress dan person-organization fit terhadap organizational deviance pada karyawan frontliner (salesperson, customer service, dan teller) di Surabaya. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan frontliner sejumlah 131 orang. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ada pengaruh job stress terhadap organizational deviance dan person-organization fit terhadap organizational deviance, mendukung hipotesis pertama, yaitu job stress berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational deviance dan hipotesis dua, yaitu person-organization fit berpengaruh negatif terhadap organizational deviance.
