Abstract

Acupuncture as a complementary therapy to modern medicine is more formally known and popular as a method of treatment. This method adopts the principle of Yin-Yang balance, so as to have a different treatment frequencies in each case of the disease. Customer Value Analysis is one of marketing strategy in the effort to achieve service satisfaction of the patient's perspective as a user, buyer and payer, so as to create obedience behavior. The low of the patient obedience in LP3A become a major of this research. Expected to attempt the analysis of customer value may improve patient adherence behavior in the following frequency of acupuncture treatment. This study aimed to formulate recommendations improved patient obedience in following t he acupuncture treatment series based on analysis of customer value that gives added value in the clinic. This research is a descriptive study with quantitative method and cross sectional approaches indeed. Research data used as a strategic issue and the subject of the FGD. The results of this study is emotional value for reliability, assurance, empathy and responsiveness. It is very good enough eventhough less in tangible aspects. Financing values in the very good category but personalyzation values just in the good rates. Based on the results of the FGD and the investigators study, an acupuncture patient adherence enhancement and their implementation plans.
