Abstract
Notion's hope on the future is held on the children wellness. Theirs health of growing and developing are or concern issues. Worm infection and less appetite to have eat are most usual condition on children, which can cause obstruction to their growing and developing. Squeeze out filtrate and infuse of "temu hitam" (Curcumae) rhizome was traditionally used by the people to kill worm, and also increasing appetite. This traditionally used was unpractical, unconsistent, and unacceptable. By developing to its enteric coating tablet will easing and improving consistency and acceptability. By this research was shown that traditionally measuring has big deviation, so the standard measuring method was needs to assure dose and effectivity. Extract was made with ethanol 95olo-HCl as a solvent, since this extract showed more spots than others. The best formula was made by composition of each tablet contain 50 mg extract, Ac-Di-Sol 12 mg, Emcompress 90 mg, lactose 137,5 mg, PW K-3(' 6 mg, aerosil 3 mg, dan Mg stearat 1,5 mg, with Eudragit L-100 and PEG 400 asa coating mixture and ethanol-aseton (60:40). Optimum weighing added to the tablet was 4% compare to 2% or 6%. Observation on the spots of TLC chromatograms was shown that extract was (stabile) unchanged during formulation process.
