Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Website Image, innovativeness, Online Knowledge, Online Routine, terhadap Loyalitas pelanggan pada Kepuasan konsumen Shopee. Dalam penelitian ini semua variabel tersebut di teliti dengan alat analisis SEM, obyek dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah mengunjungi dan membeli pada online shop Shopee, dengan sample sebanyak 120 Responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa adanya pengaruh positif antara Website Image, Innovativeness, Online Knowledge, dan Online Routine terhadap kepuasan belanja konsumen yang dapat mempengaruhi loyalitas konsumen itu sendiri.
