Abstract
Persaingan antar bisnis ritel yang berkembang sangat pesat menuntut peritel untuk meningkatkan strategi agar konsumen menjadi loyal pada private label dan toko. Store loyalty dapat dipengaruhi oleh private label loyalty dan private label loyalty dipengaruhi oleh empat faktor, yaitu: private label image, trust in private label, private label quality, dan private label price. Keempat faktor tersebut memiliki peranan penting dalam bisnis ritel dimana dibutuhkan kesetiaan dari pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh private label image, trust in private label, private label quality, private label price terhadap store loyalty melalui private label loyalty pada Giant Rajawali Suarabaya. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 150 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis SEM dengan bantuan program LISREL 8.70. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa private label image, trust in private label, private label quality, dan private label price memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap private label loyalty. Kemudian private label loyalty juga memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap store loyalty.
