Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh price dan store image terhadap perceived value dan purchase intention konsumen di H&M Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 150 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel: purposive sampling dan menggunakan teknik analisis SEM dengan bantuan program LISREL 8.70. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan positif signifikan antara price, store image, perceived value dengan purchase intention.
