Abstract
This research is to analyze the effect of organizat ional support, organizational culture, work stress and work motivation on job satisfaction and organizational commitment, the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment with the variable moderate leadership on employees of private banks in Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia. The results of the study explain that or ganizational support and work motivation have a pos itive effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture has no effect on job satisfaction and job stress negativel y affects job satisfaction. Besides that, organizational support, organizational culture, work motivation, and job s atisfaction have a positive effect on organizational commitment while work stress does not affect organizational commitment. For leadership variables, it is found as a variable that moderates the influence of job sa tisfaction on organizational commitment
