Abstract

Co-worker support, Reward & recognition dan Perceived organizational support merupakan sesuatu faktor penting untuk melihat job satisfaction pada suatu karyawan dalam perusahaan. Tujuan Penilitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh co-worker support, reward & recognition dan perceived organizational support terhadap job satisfaction pada karyawan di PT. Citra Persada Infrastruktur Surabaya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausal. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan nonprobability sampling. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 127 responden. Data dikumpulkan dengan instrumen kuesioner dan selanjutnya diolah dengan teknik analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa co-worker support berpengaruh positif terhadap job satisfaction, reward & recognition berpengaruh positif terhadap job satisfaction dan perceived organizational support berpengaruh positif terhadap job satisfaction, Dengan ini hipotesis 1,2 dan 3 didukung.
