Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan analisis terhadap pengaruh mobility, security, store offerings, ease of use, dan customer service terhadap niat membeli ulang pada tiket.com melalui satisfaction di tiket.com. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian yang menjelaskan bentuk hubungan antara variabel eksogen dengan variabel endogen, menganalisis pengaruh mobility, security, store offerings, ease of use, dan customer service sebagai variabel eksogen. Niat membeli ulang melalui satisfaction sebagai variable endogen. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 sampel. Teknik analisis data menggunakan structural equation model dengan menggunakan program smartpls 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan: (1) mobility berpengaruh terhadap satisfaction, (2) security berpengaruh terhadap satisfaction, (3) store offering berpengaruh terhadap satisfaction, (4) ease of use berpengaruh terhadap satisfaction, (5) customer service berpengaruh terhadap satisfaction, (6) satisfaction berpengaruh terhadap repurchase intention.
