Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan secara empiris bahwa kompetensi, independensi, objektivitas, dan motivasi auditor berpengaruh terhadap kualitas audit. Unit analisis penelitian ini adalah auditor pada Inspektorat Kabupaten Magetan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh, maka yang digunakan sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini seluruh dari populasi yaitu 40 auditor pada Inspektorat Kabupaten Magetan. Untuk menguji hipotesis digunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil pengujian hipotesis adalah: kompetensi dan objektivitas berpengaruh posistif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas audit pada Inspektorat Kabupaten Magetan; independensi dan motivasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kualitas audit pada Inspektorat Kabupaten Magetan.
