Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh customer value dan perceived satisfaction terhadap customer loyalty dengan switching cost sebagai moderator di Ranch Market,Galaxy Mall Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan Moderated Structural Equation Modelling (MSEM), hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis 1 yaitu customer value berpengaruh positif terhadap customer loyalty.dapat diterima, hipotesis 2 yaitu perceived satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap customer loyalty dapat diterima, hipotesis 3 yaitu customer value berpengaruh positif terhadap perceived satisfaction dapat diterima, hipotesis 4 yaitu switching cost memoderasi pengaruh customer value terhadap customer loyalty tidak dapat diterima, hipotesis 5 yaitu switching cost memoderasi pengaruh perceived satisfaction terhadap customer loyalty tidak dapat diterima
