Abstract

This study is done in order to do the measurement planning and the long-term performance process in PT X by using the balanced scorecard method. The performance measurement planning is made based on the company's vision, mission and strategy which are divided into four perspectives. The process planning is formed as a development of the company's balanced scorecard using the Analytical Hierarchy Process. The data used for this planning were derived from a number of sources, they are internal data in the company (financial data, customers' data, internal business process data and employees' data) and the data obtained from the respondents (in this case, customers and employees). The data from respondents were analyzed in order to know the validity and reliability of them by using the SPSS program. The data used for the performance measurement process planning were gathered from the interview. Those data were analyzed by using the Expert Choice software to know the intensity of importance from every perspective and the performance measurement in balanced scorecard. The result of the analysis is a model of long-term performance measurement based on balanced scorecard. The use of the model is to do the comparative analysis by comparing the company's performance altogether in every perspective and every measurement by using time-series. In addition, the result from the planning is that the company is able to understand the priority of the company.
