Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Keterkaitan Organizational Culture, Talent Management, dan Organizational Intelligence. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) di Kecamatan Pilangkenceng dan Kare. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan di BUMDes kecamatan Pilangkenceng dan Kare jumlah responden 120 orang dengan teknik penyampelan kuota sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan software JASP. 14. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian didapatkan bahwa hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa organizational culture berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap organizational intelligence, organizational culture berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap talent management, talent management berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap organizational intelligence dan talent management berpengaruh positif signifikan sebagai variabel pemediasi dengan hubungan parsial.
