Abstract
Food becomes the main source in people's body for nutritious need. Therefore, people can do daily activities. Food which is consumed contains nutritions can be obtained from many kinds of food materials either plants or animals. Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) is the production controlling system in food industry, the process which is used to determine the potential dangerous spots that appear in food industry and offer management system and strict control to guarantee healthy food products for consumers who consume them. Management information system program is an information system which is used to provide information to support operational, management, decision making, and to observe the performance, maintain the coordination of one's company. With this controlling information system program in handling beef, hopefully this work can be controlled and settled well, effectively and efficiently in which finally can reduce the waste in material inventory. As a result, the objective of the company can be achieved through the management information system program in controlling and handling beef.
