Pra rencana pabrik asam nitrat akan beroperasi secara kontinu 24 jam/hari dan 330 hari / tahun Kapasitas : 15.000 ton / tahun. Bahan baku: NH3 : 533.5609 kg /jam. Udara : 7.681,9666 kg / jam. Air : 839.7682 kg / jam. Utilitas: Air sumur : 322.6863 m3 / hari. Listrik : 1.823,2479 Kw / hari. IDO : 1.682,2333 lt / hari. Solar : 115,7877 lt / hari. LNG : 23.627,2544 lt / hari. Bentuk perusahaan : Perseroan Terbatas ( PT ). Lokasi : Suko, Sidoarjo. Jumlah tenaga kerja : 120 orang. Analisa ekonomi: A Cara linear. Modal tetap (FCI ) : Rp. 146.326.458.000,-Investasi total (TCI) : Rp. 172.148.774.100,-Modal kerja(WCI) :Rp. 25.822.316.120,-Biaya produksi (TPC) : Rp. 102.378.528.900,-Hasil penjualan per tahun : Rp. 150.599.853.400,-Laba sebelum pajak : Rp. 48.221.324.500,-Laba sesudah pajak : Rp. 31.382.610.920,-Laju pengembalian modal sebelum pajak : 28,01 %. Laju pengembalian modal sesudah pjak : 18,23 %. Waktu pengembalian modal sebelum pajak: 2 tahun, 10 bulan. Waktu pengembalian modal setelah pajak: 3tahun, 10 bulan Titik impas (BEP ) : 40,55 %. B.
