Abstract
This research was done to obtain the level of parents satisfaction through a series of factors related to the educational service. A survey was developed to focus on the five areas: (1) quality of staff, (2) school climate, (3) academic programme, (4) social development and extracurricular activities and (5) parent involvement. The statistical analysis used multiple liner regression and the statistic calculation was assisted by Microsoft Excel and SPSS software. The findings of descriptive analysis showed that all the five factors mentioned in the previous paragraph had significantly influenced the level of parents' satisfaction, for as much as 81.3%, based on the value of R2. This significance was found both totally and for each factor. The results indicated that regression coefficient of interaction in Sekolah "Unggul" positive and significant. The result of study gave implication that in deciding the policy to improve parents' satisfaction, the leadership team of Sekolah "Unggul" was required to pay more attention to each of the five factors in order to stay abreast with the competitiveness of the educational services.
