Abstract

Kuliner saat ini dipengaruhi oleh perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, industri kuliner mempromosikan usahanya pada media online salah satunya website. Website digunakan karena bersifat eksklusif dalam menyampaikan informasi. Website yang dapat menyampaikan informasi mengenai produk dan layanan salah satunya adalah EatDeals. EatDeals merupakan platform listing rumah makan/restoran dan ghost resto di Jawa Timur. Analisis statistik digunakan sebagai metode penelitian dalam mengidentifikasi pengaruh performance expectancy dan effort expectancy terhadap behavioral intention pada website EatDeals. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebesar 111 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: performance expectancy memiliki pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap behavioral intention pada website EatDeals serta effort expectancy memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap behavioral intention pada website EatDeals.
