Abstract

Awal tahun 2020 World Health Organization (WHO) mengumumkan apabila terdapat suatu virus yang disebut sebagai COVID-19. Virus ini telah dinyatakan oleh WHO sebagai Public Health Emergency of International Concern pada 30 Januari 2020 (WHO, Februari 2020). COVID-19 memiliki dampak berupa kerugian yang tak sedikit untuk pelaku usaha. Oleh sebab itu pentingnya critical success factors pada saat emergency ekonomi seperti saat ini, guna mengetahui perbedaan dan persamaan faktor penentu keberhasilan padapenerapan sustainable supply chain sebelum dan sesudah adanya pandemi COVID-19.
