Abstract

Perkembangan ritel ditandai dengan mulai bermunculannya bisnis online. Hal ini didukung dengan adanya kemajuan teknologi dan perubahan pola konsumsi masyarakat. Dengan adanya teknologi belanja online ini konsumen dapat memenuhi kebutuhannya dengan cepat, mudah dan aman (tanpa harus ke toko fisik). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menjelaskan pengaruh performance expectancy, effort expectancy dan social influence terhadap behavioral intention konsumen yang hendak melakukan belanja online. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausal. Dalam penelitian ini analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian adalah non probability sampling dengan tipe purposive sampling, sebanyak 100 sampel. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukan bahwa performance expectancy, effort expetancy dan social factor terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap behavioural intention. Temuan ini didukung dengan memperoleh nilai koefisien determinasi (R square) sebesar 60,1%.
