Abstract
Intense competition in between a company making banks must have the data on a source of regarding the development of the proper bank so that it can increase the competitiveness of a sustainable way. The existence of foreign banks operating in Indonesia have to get more attention to be able to compete in obtaining the trust of customers .In this regard there is a need for a design a system of management that can be strategies, strategy planning system , and programs established description of strategy in the form of vision and mission of trying to achieve. Management systems in the bank management do with the functioning of planning and monitoring the result that achieved in the bank .The function of planning proper and supported by the presence of the supervisory function would have an impact on the performance of that is achieved by a bank .To be able to evaluate how big bank success in managing its business , then needs to be done the measurement of the performance of the banks.
