Abstract

Based on the writer's own experience and other teacher’s, kindergartners can learn new materials easily through contextual teaching and learning. Many of them seem to enjoy learning materials through contextual teaching and learning especially in the enviroment and experiences connected with the young learners themselves. Using experiences and new knowledge children who have been taught with Contextual Teaching and Learning will get more vocabulary enrichment through the learning process. After learning something new, for example feeding animals with certain food, they often apply it in the real life in their environment. This article presents suggested activities for kindergartners in contextual teaching and learning.
